BECOME A SPONSOR

Our Sponsors

Our Sponsors are integral to the festival, and their support helps Suffolk Shorts to focus on what matters; bringing diverse and brilliant short films to our audience and championing filmmakers.

University of Suffolk

Primary Sponsor 2025

University of Suffolk has been with us since 2020, as our Primary Sponsor. This financial commitment ensures that we can continue to plan ahead, and the relationship continues to develop.

This fund Pays for the technical side of the screening and a £1000 Award, which goes directly to the winning filmmakers.

In 2025 students from the Digital Film Production and Screenwriting courses have joined the festival as part of their professional Practice.

Production Bureau

Primary Sponsor 2025

Production Bureau are a dynamic, multi-service creative communications agency based in East Anglia. They provide pro bono design, and fund all our printed material and programmes.

Tim is part of our team, he guides our brand, has innovated how we use our original logo and is constantly working with the team to help us get our message across, whilst communicating with our audience clearly and professionally.

This is our third year working with Production Bureau.

Private Sponsors

Female First Funding 2025

We have been lucky enough to have been supported, throughout our evolution, by a small group of individuals who support projects which encourage women to thrive.

Whilst they remain private, Suffolk Shorts would not be where we are without these women and we are forever grateful. They have sponsored awards, given us start-up funding and offered their professional support.

We are committed to remaining a team of 50% (or more) people who identify as female.

BE PART OF THE STORY

Fund travel for a filmmaker to attend their first festival, sponsor a screening or buy our ushers a cuppa.

It takes a village to bring a film festival to life, and your support makes all the difference. Whether it’s funding a cup of coffee for a hardworking volunteer, helping an emerging filmmaker attend their first Q&A, or ensuring a state-of-the-art screening experience for audiences, every contribution plays a role in shaping an unforgettable event.

You could even sponsor a main award - there are two available.

Sponsoring the festival isn’t just about logos and banners, it’s about celebrating creativity, supporting talent, and connecting with an engaged, curious audience. Whether you’re a local business, a global brand, or an individual champion of the arts, there’s a way for you to be part of this cinematic journey.
